About Us

A planned community of 247 Single family homes developed under the Pennsylvania Uniformed Planned Community Act (68 Pa. CSA. §5101, et seq.) within East Fallowfield Township, Chester County established on January 25, 2001.

The Branford Village Homeowners Association, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, Executive Board has been given the power and duty of maintaining and enforcing the covenants and restrictions set forth, and promoting the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Community of Branford Village.

Meet the Executive Board

The affairs of this Association are managed by a duly elected Executive Board. The Executive Board is constituted and organized of five resident homeowners, and operates, in accordance with the Bylaws of this Association.
